Large Training Room

Aspen hosts customers throughout the year for implementation training along with on-going training of Canopy, including Aspen Workshops. Because our Workshops have been so well-received by our customer base, we expanded the capacity of our training room to allow for higher attendance. We also added a demo area where customers can get a live demonstration of Aspen’s Data Capture, Scales & Labeling, and Production Solutions.

Lounge

The new lounge includes a large seating area outside the training room to accommodate hosting customer meals associated with the Workshops. This area also accommodates departmental lunches, along with company-wide hosted events. Booths were added to allow employees a friendly meeting space for meals and impromptu meetings.

First Floor

The first floor accommodates Client Solutions and Technology Solutions along with management offices and training and meeting space. Client Solutions provides telephone and web support of the Canopy software. Technology Solutions supports customer hardware needs, including configuration and troubleshooting.

Second Floor

The second floor accommodates Implementation, Business Analysis, Development and Quality Assurance, along with management offices, a large conference room, large collaborative meeting area and smaller meeting rooms.  The Implementation department is responsible for working with customers to implement Canopy and its various modules. Business Analysis works with customers to advance their use of Canopy.  Development and Quality Assurance work together on teams tasked with developing creative new solutions, maintaining existing software, and testing everything to ensure reliability.
