Once your company goes live, Client Solutions takes over providing the ongoing support for your Canopy software and its enhanced modules. Transitioning to Client Solutions provides you access to a whole team of people with the knowledge and experience to address your phone call or email with quality service. From simple questions to complex issues, this team has the diagnostic tools to support Canopy. 

Client Solutions has access to the Implementation and Development teams along with a full library of information specific to your operating environment. Aspen’s sophisticated incident tracking system ensures your issue is never lost or forgotten, rather closed to your satisfaction. 

Your Implementation experience is not your only opportunity to learn Canopy – with Client Solutions, you’ll learn a great deal, and that never ends. They’ll help you navigate through all aspects of the software, providing services that include report writing with Aspen View, generating Pulse charts and graphs, and setting up critical notifications with Event Watch. They will help you develop Canopy strategies and initiatives to ensure that you grow with Canopy, and Canopy grows with you, realizing true return on investment.

Our Technology Solutions Department is available when you need them

Technology Solutions Department at work

The Technology Solutions Department assists with hardware related issues including servers, wireless hand-held scanners, scale stations, barcode printers, etc. They provide support, quotes, and make recommendations for equipment using current technology. All equipment that they provide is thoroughly tested and all software needed is loaded on the equipment before being shipped to the customer. This reduces the time needed to bring the equipment on-line at the customers’ facility. A Technology Solutions Technician is available either onsite or by phone when a customer goes live with Canopy to solve any issue that needs to be resolved immediately. They are also available by phone to help troubleshoot hardware and third-party software issues for customers live on the Canopy software.
