Aspen User Forum

The Aspen Forum allows Canopy users to access discussion forums, release notes, training content, blogs, and information about Aspen Workshops. The Aspen Forum is free to join, but each user must be associated with a Canopy customer. There is no limit in how many employees from each company can join the forum. Forums

Forums are available where a user can share ideas, ask questions about a specific Canopy module, topic, or general question. Each Canopy module allows users to read the answers to questions that other users have asked. Questions are answered by Canopy users and Aspen staff who are also members of the forum and provide clarification when needed.

New Release Highlights

New Release Highlights

New Canopy highlighted selected release notes are provided to review and gain familiarity for new functions that are available in the Canopy modules. Canopy customers that subscribe to the Canopy Maintenance Plan can get updates as often as they wish.

Training Content

Videos and documents that provide Canopy training are available to all customers. Tutorials help extend Canopy knowledge in your organization and are a great resource for training new employees. Training documents can be downloaded along with published Aspen Views.
