Interactive training to maximize your use of Canopy

Experience has shown that initial training is most effective when it is conducted at Aspen’s headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona. The training is interactive; attendees have access to a laptop for a hands-on experience. Aspen has multiple training rooms available to accommodate customers’ requirements. The large training room can accommodate up to 22 students; there are also multiple smaller training rooms available for smaller groups. Implementation training is personalized for each customer. It is structured to follow a specific plan developed with regard to each customer’s individual needs.

Once a system is installed, training continues to be an important element. Aspen provides web-based training that can be targeted toward a specific subject. Additionally, on-site training at a customer’s facility is available when warranted. Further training at Aspen’s headquarters is also available upon request. Aspen’s maintenance plan includes 10 hours of Canopy support each month (non-accumulating), which can also be used for further training. Training seminars on particular subjects are offered at various times throughout the year. These seminars are intended to enhance your Canopy experience, allowing you to more fully utilize the powerful tools within the software.
