Once a sale is completed, Implementation and Technology Solutions take over. The Technology Solutions team is responsible for ordering equipment, loading software and thorough testing prior to shipment. Our experts in this department have years of experience troubleshooting and patiently assisting customers with their technology issues.  They are available 24/7 to respond to technology questions and needs. They provide onsite assistance if needed along with telephone support.

The Implementation Team is responsible for the successful installation, training and use of the software. The first thing our Implementation team does is confer with Sales to understand your specific needs and requests. The customer is then contacted and we create a tailored implementation plan. Pricing, costing, commissions, inventory control, ordering and selling are just some of the many aspects that vary by customer. They work with the customer to design customizations that might be required. Our Specialists speak your language and understand your industry. They will even provide consultation advice to ensure best results that will culminate in a successful go-live.
